Hydroscand Shelf Refill är en VMI-tjänst som gör din vardag enklare. Vi bygger upp och fyller på ditt lager med slang och ledningskomponenter – eller anpassar det helt efter dina behov – helt automatiskt.
Lager eller komplett slangverkstad?
Hydroscand erbjuder såväl lagerhållning på din arbetsplats som en komplett slangverkstad med eget lager (HoseOnSite) på plats. Eftersom slangbyten och reparationer måste ske snabbt och effektivt sparar du både tid och pengar på att alltid ha rätt produkter inom räckhåll.

VMI står för Vendor Managed Inventory och innebär att leverantören eller producenten ansvarar för lager och distribution. Fler och fler kunder ser nyttan i att överlåta sitt lager med slang och ledningskomponenter till oss, för att frigöra tid att ägna åt sin kärnverksamhet.
Såhär går det till
1. Scanning
Er kontaktperson från Hydroscand gör regelbundna besök och scannar ert lager. Eventuella förändringar i ert behov upptäcks och leverans och lagerhållning anpassas.
2. Beställning
En order skickas direkt till Hydroscands lager och vi börjar plocka din beställning. Ordern behandlas som en vanlig order och faktureras på samma sätt.
3. Leverans
Vi levererar, packar upp och fyller på ert lager enligt överenskommelse. Nu har ni alla produkter för att effektivisera driften och minimera risken för driftstopp.
En app för hela processen
Hydroscands mobilapp automatiserar och kvalitetssäkrar flera steg i den manuella påfyllnadsprocessen. Appen är fullt integrerad Hydroscands orderflödessystem så att både beställning och påfyllnad sker snabbt och enkelt.

Shelf Refill – We replenish your stock
Hydroscand Shelf Refill is our VMI-concept which facilitates your everyday operations. We plan your stock together with you, carefully considering your needs for hoses and fittings. We then mark the locations with our barcodes, and at agreed intervals we visit, take stock and simply replenish for you.
Storage or complete workshop for hoses?
Hydroscand offers both on-site inventory management and a complete hose workshop with its own stock (HoseOnSite). As hose replacements and repairs must be done quickly and efficiently, having the right products readily available saves you both time and money.
A Hydroscand container lease agreement carefully considers your needs, both for duration and assortment.
VMI explained
VMI stands for Vendor Managed Inventory and entails the supplier or manufacturer being responsible for inventory and distribution. More and more customers are realizing the benefits of entrusting their inventory of hoses and piping components to us, freeing up time to focus on their core business activities.
How it works
1. Scanning
Your contact person from Hydroscand regularly visits and scans your inventory. Any changes in your needs are identified, and delivery and inventory management are adjusted accordingly.
2. Ordering
An order is sent directly to Hydroscand's warehouse, and we begin picking your order. The order is processed like any regular order and invoiced accordingly.
3. Delivery
We can deliver, unpack, and replenish your inventory according to the agreement. Now you have all the products to streamline operations and minimize the risk of downtime.
One app for the whole process
Hydroscand's mobile app automates and quality-assures several steps in the manual replenishment process. This app is securely accessed by Hydroscand personell only. The app is fully integrated with Hydroscand's order flow system, ensuring both ordering and replenishment is quickly and easily done by an expert.
