Customer specific production
The staff at Hydroscand Special Hoses are used to work according to customer demands and specifications. We provide  CAD drawings and after approval, proceed to make your customer specific couplings and fit them on the hose.   Â
Unique markings
 All hoses are tested and according to customer specifications we supply test certificates.  Unique markings ensure efficcient re-ordering.Â
Competent welding personnel
All welders working at Hydroscand Special Hoses have certification according to EN 287-1.
Certifikat
The welding carried out at the Hydroscand Special Hoses facility is certified under ISO3834-2:2005. Â Hydroscand Special Hoses also has DNV/GL type approval, which allows for manufacturing of metal hoses for marine applications.
We comply with the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED). As a result, we are authorized to apply CE marking to the products covered by the certificate. This entails requirements for our operations regarding materials, welding, documentation, material traceability, product marking, pressure testing, and much more.  Â
