We supply pipes, perform pipe bending (also known as tube forming), including custom “Lego-bending,” and also provide machinery and equipment for pipe bending. This makes us a complete supplier with extensive expertise and experience in pipe solutions.

Pipe measuring and replication
With a high degree of precision, we can measure exactly how your pipe should be bent and adapted to your application. If needed, we will come on-site to perform the measurements. Based on this, we prepare documentation with coordinates that specify how your pipe should be bent, and as an additional service, we can also provide a CAD drawing if desired.

An important aspect of any process is the cleanliness of the final product. That’s why Hydroscand offers two different systems for pipe cleaning.
Pipe cleaning with cleaning plug
Wet cleaning
Externally chamfered pipe, 30°
Tube with 37° flared end, complete with nut and sleeve, in accordance with SAE J514
Tube with 90° ORFS flare in accordance with SAE J1453
Special-shaped flared servo tube with O-ring. We offer custom connections, for example for air-conditioning systems and other applications
Our machines
The measuring arm is portable, which allows us to bring the technology directly to the customer—an important capability when tube coordinates must be measured in confined spaces or on machinery that cannot be moved. Our equipment enables us to meet the high demands for measurement accuracy and sampling that many of our customers require.
