We supply pipes, perform pipe bending (also known as tube forming), including custom “Lego-bending,” and also provide machinery and equipment for pipe bending. This makes us a complete supplier with extensive expertise and experience in pipe solutions.

We offer pipe bending with great flexibility, handling dimensions from Ø6 mm to Ø63 mm. Pipe measuring and replication
With a high degree of precision, we can measure exactly how your pipe should be bent and adapted to your application. If needed, we will come on-site to perform the measurements. Based on this, we prepare documentation with coordinates that specify how your pipe should be bent, and as an additional service, we can also provide a CAD drawing if desired.
Do you have a pipe that needs replacing? We can produce an exact copy.

An important aspect of any process is the cleanliness of the final product. That’s why Hydroscand offers two different systems for pipe cleaning.

Rør med 90° krage ihht ORFS og SAE J1453
Spesialformet kraget servorør med o-ring. Vi tilbyr spesialtilkoblinger f.eks til aircondititon og annet.
Vår maskinpark
I dag har vi en maskinpark som består av flere rørbøyemaskiner, vår siste investering er en rørbøyemaskin som kan bøye enda større rørdimensjoner på en effektiv måte og kan ta inn rør som er opptil fire meter lange. Dette betyr at vi i Hydroscand nå kan utføre bøying av rør opp til Ø63,5 mm i svart stål og opptil Ø50,8 mm i rustfritt stål.
For å sikre kvaliteten på arbeidet ned til minste detalj, har Hydroscand også investert i den nyeste teknologien innen bærbare målearmer for industrien. Dette muliggjør en raskere og mer nøyaktig måling av bøyde rør. Vi kan også lage prototyper og tegne spesialdesignede rør fra bunnen av.
Målearmen er bærbar, noe som betyr at vi kan bruke teknologien ute hos kunden. Noe som kan være nødvendig for å måle koordinater på rør som skal plasseres i trange rom eller på en maskin som ikke kan flyttes.
