Hydroscand's HoseOnSite is a complete hose workshop in a 20-foot container, completely adapted to your needs, which is placed at your workplace. The container is equipped with all the machines, accessories and products you need to repair and maintain hoses and pipe components.
HoseOnSite Fixed contains the following:
Hose reel
Holds a total of seven hoses in dimensions up to 1¼”
Hose cutter
Cuts hoses up to 2"
Chafer rig
Peels of chafes hoses up to 2"
Hose pressing rig
Presses hoses up to 1½"
Cleaning
Effective air-cleaning of hoses up to 2”
Training your personell
Each HoseOnSite delivery includes training. We demonstrate how how all machines work, the tools applied and how to safely conduct all the different processes. We also review the product range supplied so you and your colleagues are comfortable working in your new hose workshop.
If needed, Hydroscand can assist your staff in carrying out the processes in hose workshop.
