Invoice payment is offered subject to approved credit assessment. Payment shall be made no later than 20 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. After the due date, default interest willl be charged, together with a statutory reminder fee. Any objections to the invoice shall be raised within 8 days from the invoice date.
Hydroscand aims to reduce paper consumption for environmental reasons and therefore encourages digital invoicing. To receive your invoices electronically instead of on paper, please contact us and provide your customer number or organization number together with your email address.

Damaged or incorrect delivery
If the packaging is visibly damaged, you must make a remark on time of  receipt, or alternatively, immediately notify the carrier that the goods are damaged. If, after accepting and unpacking your order, you discover that an item is incorrect, missing, or damaged, you shall notify Hydroscand within 7 days of receipt of delivery.

The withdrawal period begins the day after you, or a representative on your behalf, have received the goods. If the last day of the withdrawal period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the period shall be extended until the following business day. Please note that failure to collect a package or refusal to accept a delivery shall not be considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal. You may withdraw from all or part of your purchase within the withdrawal period by choosing one of the following options: Return the item(s) to a Hydroscand store. Please bring the order confirmation/delivery note with you. Return the item(s) to the central warehouse. In this case, you must first notify us of your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal. You will then receive a return shipping label. You may notify us either by contacting Customer Service or by using the standard withdrawal form provided by the Swedish Consumer Agency. The goods must be returned within 14 days after you have notified us of your decision to withdraw. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund, meaning that you, as the consumer, are responsible for the return shipping cost. Returned goods must be unused, complete, and sent back in undamaged original packaging. Please ensure appropriate packaging is used so that neither the carton nor the product is damaged during transport. If a product has been handled in a way that reduces its value, we reserve the right to make a deduction for such depreciation in the refund amount.

Warranties and Claims
Hydroscand generally assumes responsibility for manufacturing defects for 12 months from the original date of purchase, which must be substantiated by an invoice or receipt. Please note that other warranty periods may apply to certain products in accordance with the supplier’s terms. Our warranty does not cover accessories, consumables, user errors, or damage caused by liquids or impacts.
Product claims and warranty matters are handled in-store. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Service.
For the warranty to apply, the product must not be disassembled, modified, or exposed to external damage. The product must be properly maintained in accordance with the service intervals specified by the supplier. The warranty does not apply if the product has been used after a defect has been discovered. Returned products must be thoroughly cleaned. Â In the event of a valid warranty claim, we shall cover your associated costs, such as return shipping or fuel expenses, and will repair or replace the product. We do not reimburse costs for rental equipment, third-party repairs, travel expenses, or similar. If the product has been discontinued from our range, a comparable replacement product may be offered.
