How can I become a customer

If you are a private individual, you are welcome to shop in all our physical Branches /avdelinger and Retailers.

I have questions about my weborder

  • When will I get my delivery?
    If your order was placed before 1400, it will be picked and shipped the same day.  Depending on your location and transport method; delivery will take place 1-2 days after.  

  • How is the freight calculated?
    Freight on weborders are calculated based on freight, geography and other factors. You will see your freight on the check-out page once you have selected all your items. 
     
  • I need a copy of my order confirmation or invoice 
    Using your web-login, you can find all details of your order.  If you do not currently have a web-login, please contact us and we will help you.
