Hydroscand has a large range of adapters for different applications. The adapters can be used for e.g. transition from smaller or larger thread dimensions, swivel transition for fixed threads, connecting hose or pipes with threaded ports in valves, pumps and cylinders, etc. Angle and T-adapters are normally soldered, but some types are also available in forged design.
Our adapters are normally manufactured in hydraulic quality automatic steel and the surface treatment is usually E-Coated, which is the name of the surface treatment we use for our fittings. Preferably avoid adapters with R and NPTF thread for higher working pressure as these threads are more difficult to seal and often crack the goods if you pull too hard.
